This means that the purchased material may be transmitted or accessed via digital device for ONE individual user only. Sharing the digital file or distribution of any part of the publication in any way or by any means for additional users or commercial sale is strictly prohibited. The download link will appear on the “Thank You” page of your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a download link, as well. (Please note that no physical item will ship for a digital product.)

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please submit a claim e-mail to claim@mypurpledress.com (claim@mypurpledress.com)within 7 days of the delivery date. Arrangements will be made to provide a replacement or refund. You must attach a clear photo showing the issue.

Digital items are instant download products, available once your payment is confirmed. These items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. We want you to have a good experience with our products. Please contact us if you need assistance with your digital item.

The download link for your purchase is active for 30 days from your order date.
